Operations and AI Health Check
A one-week look at how your business runs, for when you want a clear starting point before committing to a full review.
Most leaders already sense where things are slowing down. What they lack is an outside view of why, and a short list of what to do about it. The Health Check gives you that in a week, without tying you into a long project.
I speak to up to five people across your teams, look at the systems they use every day and map where work gets stuck. You get three quick wins you can act on straight away, and a clear view of what is worth automating first, along with what needs fixing before you automate it.
It is deliberately small. Five conversations will not show you everything, but they are usually enough to show where the pressure sits and whether a full review is worth doing.

How it works
- 01
Agree the focus
Before the week starts, about 30 minutes
A short call to agree which teams and questions matter most, and who I should speak to. You send a few invitations and I take it from there.
- 02
Conversations
Days 1 to 3
Up to five confidential one-to-one conversations, plus walkthroughs of the systems your people rely on. I watch how the work moves, not just how it is described.
- 03
Map and rate
Days 3 to 4
I map where work gets stuck and rate each finding for risk and impact. I pick out three quick wins and the first things worth automating.
- 04
Playback
Day 5, one hour
A one-hour session with you covering the map, the quick wins and what to automate first. You keep everything.
What changes
- You can name where the business is slowing down, and why, instead of relying on a feeling.
- Your team has a few small fixes to act on straight away, which often free up time within weeks.
- You can decide whether a full review or automation is worth it, based on evidence rather than a sales pitch.
